The staff at reception were helpful, but the check-in process was delayed. Wifi was exceptionally weak, forcing us to connect from other rooms. The breakfast buffet fell short of expectations. the food variety was limited and didn’t justify the price we paid. Maintenance also needs improvement. we noticed damp spots on the walls, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Lastly, service during our arrival was concerning since we waited a while for the porter to assist with our luggage. These points should be addressed for a better experience.
